What is Parkson Card?

The Isetan app supports sustainability with paperless transactions, digital loyalty cards, and special deals on eco-friendly products. Shoppers can earn points on purchases and use them for rewards. The app also shares tips on green shopping, works with eco-friendly brands, and allows users to donate to good causes, making shopping simple and responsible.

Membership Tier

Automatically enroll into Gold tier upon successful registration. Within the calendar year, accumulate 5,000 points for Platinum membership, or 10,000 points for Diamond membership.

Shopping Benefits

Enjoy birthday month perks, seasonal promotions, and exclusive vouchers provide additional rewards. Members can also earn extra points during selected promotional campaigns.

Non-Shopping Benefits

Access to various partner privileges, including exclusive deals on lifestyle, dining, and entertainment services. Diamond-tier members also enjoy complimentary parking rebates at selected malls.

Tier Validity

The Parkson Card loyalty program features multiple membership tiers, with higher-tier members (Gold and Diamond) enjoying additional privileges. Points accumulated have a set validity period and must be redeemed before expiration.

In-store and online purchases
  • For purchases below RM300 in a single receipt: Earn 1 Parkson Card Point for every RM2 spent.
  • For purchases of RM300 and above in a single receipt: Earn 1 Parkson Card Point for every RM1 spent.
  • Points are accumulated yearly (1st January - 31st December) and redeemable until 31st January of the following year.
Birthday Bonus Points
  • Make a purchase of RM500 or more in a single receipt during your birthday month to receive an additional 2,000 Parkson Card Points.
BonusLink Points Accumulation
  • Members can accumulate BonusLink Points, which can be redeemed for various gifts, including Parkson Vouchers.
  • BonusLink Card can be linked to a Parkson Card account, allowing members to earn points for both programs in a single transaction.

Points Validity

Parkson Card points are accumulated within a one-year cycle, starting from January 1 and ending on December 31 of the same year. Points can be redeemed during the redemption period from January 1 to January 31 of the following year. Any unredeemed points will automatically expire on February 1.
