My Lotus’s loyalty program rewards 1 point per RM1 spent, with bonus multipliers during promotions. Members enjoy exclusive discounts, partner vouchers, and e-gift cards. Integrated with e-wallets, e-commerce, and AI-driven recommendations, it delivers personalized offers, seamless payments, and smart shopping experiences.

Enrollment & Eligibility

Residents of Malaysia or Singapore aged 18 and above can join My Lotus’s by registering online via the SMART App or website, or by providing their ID and phone number at any Lotus’s store.

Points Validity

Points are valid for 12 months from the end of the month in which they were earned. For example, points earned on January 10, 2023, will expire on January 31, 2024. You can check your points balance and expiry dates through the Lotus’s SMART App, or through Lotus’s official website.
