What is Aeon Member Card

The AEON Member Card provides exclusive rewards, including 2X AEON Points for every RM1 spent at AEON Group stores and points redemption for vouchers or discounts. Members enjoy seasonal promotions, discounts at participating tenants, and access to special AEON Member deals. The card also integrates with the AEON Wallet for added convenience. Earn AEON points by shopping at AEON Group outlets, Daiso or QR payments via AEON Wallet Malaysia App.

Tier Validity

AEON Membership is lifetime with no expiration. However, AEON Points expire 3 years from the date they are earned.

Points Redemption Options

Category	Details
Cash Conversion	Members can convert their AEON Points into cash value. Every 200 AEON Points equates to RM1. This cash value is credited to the member's AEON Member Plus Visa Card within 48 hours of redemption. Redemptions can be made through the AEON Wallet app or the AEON Credit Service website. Please note that points redemption is limited to one time per day.
Shopping Vouchers and Discounts	AEON Points can be redeemed for shopping vouchers, dining discounts, and exclusive promotions at participating AEON stores and partner merchants. Members can present their AEON Member Card at these outlets to utilize their points for discounts or vouchers.
Exclusive Member Benefits	Accumulated points can also grant members access to special member-only sale events, priority services, and other exclusive privileges within AEON retail stores.

Free Parking	Enjoy free up to first 2 hours parking by ticketless parking with AEON Member Plus Visa Card or validate your parking ticket at auto pay machine. Available at selected AEON Malls & AEON BiG Hypermarkets. Subject to 10% convenience service fee and 6% SST.
Tap to Pay	It just a tap to complete your payment. Pay by tapping your AEON Member Plus Visa Card in front of a secure reader. No PIN is required for purchases below RM250 in a single transaction.
Budget Control	This AEON Member Plus Visa Card enables you to allocate your money in the prepaid card as a budget for your daily usage. Allows setting single transaction, daily, and monthly limits. Monthly e-statement is available. No monthly interest rate or late charges.

Points Validity

The AEON Points validity for AEON Member Card is 3 years from the year they are accumulated. Members will receive notifications via the AEON Wallet app when their points are nearing expiration. Any points not redeemed before the expiration date will automatically expire. AEON Points balance and expiry dates can be tracked directly through the AEON Wallet app.

*All receipt submission must be made within 3 days of the transaction date.
