1 Utama ONECARD in 2025 is a loyalty program offering diverse benefits, including points rewards, discounts, seasonal promotions, and exclusive member perks. Integrated with the ONECARD app, it provides seamless digital access to rewards, contactless parking, and priority services across 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Special partnerships with brands like UOB Malaysia and IPPUDO offer additional privileges, enhancing its value for members. The program also emphasizes sustainability through green building initiatives, renewable energy adoption, waste management efforts, and community-driven projects such as W.I.S.E With Food, reinforcing its commitment to environmental and social responsibility while enriching the shopping experience.

Membership Tier

Within 12-month period, accumulate RM20,000 in net spending for ONECARD SILVER, and RM45,000 in net spending for ONECARD LUXE.

Shopping Benefits

Seasonal promotions may offer 2x or 3x UPoints on specific purchases. Birthday bonuses and festive promotions are available.

Bank & Partner Benefits

Collaborations with UOB Malaysia and other partners provide additional rewards, discounts, and cashback for cardholders.

Tier Validity

Membership is lifetime with no expiration. However, accumulated UPoints expire 24 months from the date they are earned.

Points Earning Structure

General Purchases	For every RM1 spent, you earn 1 UPoint.
Parking	Points are also earned when using 1 Utama parking services.
Other Transactions	Earn UPoints through other activities like paying for events, services, or using the 1PAY e-wallet.

Points Redemption Options

Redeem for Purchases	Use your UPoints at participating outlets (retail stores, dining, entertainment, etc.) to get a discount on your purchases.
Parking Discount	You can use UPoints for discounts or free parking at 1 Utama's parking facilities. Ensure your points are loaded onto your account for automatic redemption.
Dining Redemption	Some outlets may offer special promotions where you can redeem your points for full or partial meals.
1PAY E-Wallet Redemptions	Points can also be redeemed directly through the 1PAY e-wallet for cashless transactions at participating outlets.
Birthday Reward	Redeem birthday rewards after meeting the required transactions and points.

Membership Tier

Category	Details
ONECARD SILVER	Accumulate a minimum of RM20,000 in net spending within a 12-month period at participating ONECARD or 1PAY outlets. Complete at least 100 valid UPoints earning or 1PAY transactions within the same 12-month period.
ONECARD LUXE	Accumulate a minimum of RM45,000 in net spending within a 12-month period at participating ONECARD or 1PAY outlets.

Points Validity

The UPoints validity for 1 Utama ONECARD is 3 years from the date they are earned. Members will receive notifications via the 1 Utama SuperApp or registered email before their points expire, ensuring they have ample time to redeem them. UPoints balance and expiry dates can be tracked through the 1 Utama SuperApp and the ONECARD website.
