Caltex Rewards
Caltex’s loyalty program for mainly Peninsular M’sia (integrated within CaltexGO mobile app, partnered with B Infinite)
What is Caltex Rewards?
In other words, you now have two ways to be rewarded at Caltex stations across Malaysia:
- Using the standalone Caltex Rewards program
- Leveraging the established B Infinite loyalty network
Point Earning Structure
2 Caltex Points for every 1 liter of fuel purchased at Caltex stations. A maximum of five (5) fuel transactions per day.
Point Redemption Options
Redeem Caltex points for fuel via CaltexGO app, or provide your registered mobile number at the cashier.
Non-Fuel Benefits
Receive bonus points during your birthday month, and participate in special points promotions, bonus challenges, and exciting games to earn additional points.
Points Validity
Caltex Rewards Points are valid until December 31st of the second calendar year.

*Caltex Rewards is the latest loyalty program for Caltex Malaysia launched on December 2022. If you are an existing Caltex JOURNEY Card user, you need to choose either to continue earning with your JOURNEY Card or Caltex Rewards.

You can view your Caltex Points balance by logging into your Caltex Rewards account on website or by using the CaltexGO + Rewards app.

Membership Tier
Caltex Malaysia does not currently offer tiered membership levels within the Caltex Rewards program. All registered CaltexGO members generally earn Caltex Rewards or B Infinite points at the same rate, with the option to use those points to offset your fuel purchase instantly or redeem vouchers.
Points Validity
The Caltex Points earned in a calendar year will expire on 31 December of the following two calendar years.
For example, Caltex Reward Points earned in 1 September 2024 will expire on 31 December 2026.
Participating Brands
While the primary focus is on voucher-related rewards, Caltex Rewards members can redeem Gift Cards and contribute to Caltex’s Carbon Offset Program from as little as 100 Caltex Points via your CaltexGO + Rewards app.
If you have linked your Caltex membership to a B Infinite account, you can use your earned points to shop across 6 categories of brands partnered with B Infinite – Health & Beauty, Fashion, EShop, Lifestyle, Travel and Groceries.
