What is Petronas Mesra Card?

A Petronas’ loyalty program that rewards customers with points for fuel purchases and other transactions at Petronas stations, as well as spending at Kedai Mesra convenience store. Petronas Mesra Card allows you to earn redeemable points for fuel and convenience store items at Petronas, providing cost-saving opportunities directly at the pump or store.

Point Earning Structure

1 Mesra point for every liter of fuel purchased at PETRONAS stations. Unlock 3x points for Hero Level with Setel app.

Point Redemption Options

Redeem Mesra points for Fuel, convert points, E-Vouchers and Rewards, or convert points into Setel Wallet funds.

Non-Fuel Benefits

Track transactions, and access to special promotions, contests, and lucky draws with lucrative prizes for Mesra members.

Points Validity

Mesra Points are valid for 3 years from the date they are earned.

Point Earning Structure

Fuel Purchases	Earn 1 Mesra point for every liter of fuel purchased at PETRONAS stations. By using the Setel app, you can unlock higher earning tiers: Junior Level: 1.5x points Explorer Level: 2x points Hero Level: 3x points The more you spend, the higher your tier, and the more points you earn.
In-Store Purchases	Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at Kedai Mesra.

Point Redemption Options

Fuel Redemption	Redeem points for fuel at PETRONAS stations. Every 100 Mesra points equate to RM1. Redeem directly at the pump by entering your mobile number and passcode.
Setel Wallet Funds	Convert Mesra points into Setel Wallet funds to pay for fuel or other purchases. 1 Mesra point equals 1 cent.
E-Vouchers and Rewards	Redeem points for a variety of e-vouchers, deals, and rewards from partner brands via the Setel app. Options include dining, shopping, entertainment, and more.

Points Validity

Mesra Points are valid for 3 years from the date they are earned. To prevent forfeiture, make sure you redeem your points before they expire.
