What is BIG Pharmacy Loyalty Program?

BIG Pharmacy Loyalty Program offers a free lifetime membership with rewards and exclusive perks. Members earn 1 point per RM1 spent, with bonus points for using a BIG Pharmacy recycle bag and app registration. Points can be redeemed for discounts, while members enjoy birthday treats, exclusive vouchers, and seasonal promotions. Enrollment is available online, in-store, or via the BIG Pharmacy app. With over 300 outlets across Malaysia, BIG Pharmacy integrates online and offline shopping, personalized recommendations, and customer support for a seamless experience.

  • Remember to present your registered mobile number before any purchase to collect your eligible points.

BIG Pharmacy Recycle Bag
  • Every purchase using the BIG Pharmacy recycle bag will earn 20 points.

  • Every 800 Points is redeemable for RM4.00 off your total bill at any BIG Pharmacy outlet or on the BIG eStore.

Birthday Treat
  • Enjoy RM10 off when you shop RM50 or above during your birthday month.
New Member Registration

Points Validity

Effective from 1 March 2020, points are valid for a 24 months duration basis from the date any such points were credited. For example, points earned on 1 March 2020 are valid until 31 March 2022. However, any and all points credited before 1 March 2020 will automatically expire on 28 February 2021. You can check your points balance and expiry dates through the BIG Pharmacy mobile application.
