What is PLAYCE?

The PLAYCE loyalty program by PPB Properties rewards shoppers at participating malls through point accumulation, redeemable for vouchers, gifts, and other perks. Members enjoy birthday month bonuses, exclusive offers. The program emphasizes sustainability with initiatives like The REplace Project and supports local communities. Accessible via a user-friendly mobile app, PLAYCE enhances the shopping experience while promoting environmental responsibility.

Points Earning Structure​

PLAYCE members can earn points for every RM30 spent at participating malls. New members receive an initial bonus of 500 points. Points can be exchanged for cash vouchers, discounts, or exclusive gifts

Shopping Benefits

Exclusive deals and real-time notifications on flash sales and seasonal promotions at popular malls like Cheras LeisureMall, The LINC, and Megah Rise Mall. Its built-in directory makes it easy to locate stores and redeem offers instantly.

Non-Shopping Benefits

The Playce app provides a mall directory to browse and locate stores easily. Some exclusive deals and perks are only available to PLAYCE members.

Redemption Options

PLAYCE members can redeem 2,000 points for RM10 e-vouchers at selected stores in participating PPB Properties malls, including Cheras LeisureMall, Megah Rise Mall, The LINC KL, and more.

Points Validity

The validity of Playce Points follows a calendar-year system, where points earned between January 1 and December 31 remain valid until the end of that year. However, members can redeem their points until June 30 of the following year, after which any unredeemed points will expire. To track their Playce Points balance, transaction history, and redemption status, members can access the “My Points” or “Points Balance” section within the Playce app’s dashboard.

Participating Brands

Playce members can earn Playce Points for purchases made at various retailers within Cheras LeisureMall, Cheras Plaza,  Megah Rise Mall, New World Park, The LINC KL, The Whiteaways Arcade. Participating brands include fashion, electronics, dining establishment, entertainment venues, health and beauty stores. Please note that certain purchases, such as gift vouchers, may be excluded from point accumulation.
