The Club IOI loyalty program is available across IOI-owned malls (e.g. IOI City Mall Putrajaya, IOI Mall Puchong). The virtual membership card is available at Club IOI app.

What is Club IOI?

CLUB IOI is a loyalty program offering members the chance to earn points on purchases at participating IOI Mall outlets, IOI SHOPZ, and select IOI Properties. Members enjoy benefits like discounted parking, birthday treats, seasonal promotions, and exclusive rewards. The program also collaborates with e-wallets, financial services, and hosts events like roadshows, with easy tracking via its mobile app which is Club IOI .

Points Redemption

CLUB IOI members earn 1 IOI Point for every RM1 spent at participating merchant outlets. Accumulated points can be redeemed for shopping and dining experiences at favorite stores and restaurants within IOI Malls.

Shopping Benefits

Members enjoy special promotions and discounts, birthday treats, and exclusive invitations to events. Additionally, members can shop online via IOI SHOPZ, enhancing their shopping convenience.

Non-Shopping Benefits

Homebuyers who are CLUB IOI members receive an additional rebate of up to 2.0% on their next property purchase from IOI Properties, with the rebate percentage varying based on the property’s net purchase price.

Tier Validity

CLUB IOI offers free lifetime membership, ensuring members can continuously enjoy the program’s benefits without renewal concerns.

Lunar Blessing	Earn 2x - 10x IOI Points at all CLUB IOI participating stores.
Birthday Treats	Receive a Popoland Free Hour Pass with the purchase of Carousel & Train Combo Ride tickets at IOI Mall Puchong.

Points Redemption Options

Points Validity

CLUB IOI points are valid for 24 months from the date they are awarded. Points will automatically expire and be removed from your account at the end of the 24th consecutive month if not redeemed. Members are encouraged to track their points balance regularly via the CLUB IOI website or mobile app to ensure they maximize their rewards before expiration.
