Members earn 1 point per RM1 spent, with bonus points for using a BIG Pharmacy recycle bag and app registration. Points can be redeemed for discounts, while members enjoy birthday treats, exclusive vouchers, and seasonal promotions. Enrollment is available online, in-store, or via the BIG Pharmacy app. With over 300 outlets across Malaysia, BIG Pharmacy integrates online and offline shopping, personalized recommendations, and customer support for a seamless experience.

Enrollment & Eligibility

All participants aged 18 and above with a valid phone number from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia can join BIG Pharmacy by registering via the mobile app, in-store, or online at bigpharmacy.com.my.

Points Redemption Options

Points Validity

Effective from 1 March 2020, points are valid for a 24 months duration basis from the date any such points were credited. For example, points earned on 1 March 2020 are valid until 31 March 2022. However, any and all points credited before 1 March 2020 will automatically expire on 28 February 2021. You can check your points balance and expiry dates through the BIG Pharmacy mobile application.
