What is Pavillion Privileges?

Pavilion Privileges is a loyalty program designed to enhance your shopping experience at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, and Pavilion Damansara Heights. By joining, you gain access to exclusive rewards, personalized deals, and various benefits tailored to your spending habits.

Membership Tier

Pavilion Privileges is open to all shoppers without spending requirement. Spend RM1,500 in a single receipt or RM3,000 accumulated over multiple receipts within one month to qualify for Pavilion Lifestyle.

Shopping Benefits

Present your digital membership card via Pavillion mobile app to enjoy special discounts, rewards and exclusivity at participating outlets.

Non-Shopping Benefits

Complimentary valet service, access special rewards during festive season, and enjoy VIP privileges when visiting partner malls in Thailand and Singapore.

Tier Validity

1 year. Accumulate a minimum amount of spend within 12 months of activation to keep your membership active.

(General Member)
  • Open to all shoppers; no spending requirement.
Pavilion Lifestyle
  • Spend RM1,500 in a single receipt, or
  • Accumulate RM3,000 in multiple receipts within one month.
Pavilion Priority
  • Spend RM5,000 in a single receipt, or
  • Accumulate RM10,000 in multiple receipts within one month.
Pavilion Luxe
  • Spend RM50,000 in a single receipt, or
  • Accumulate RM100,000 in multiple receipts within one month.
Pavilion Junior
  • For children aged between 4 – 12 years old with access to bundles of fun-filled activities and rewards.
  • Complimentary sign-up for Pavilion Lifestyle, Pavilion Priority, and Pavilion Luxe members.

*All receipt submission must be made within 1 – 3 days of the transaction date.

  • Spend a minimum of RM300 in a single receipt at any specialty store or F&B outlet to receive complimentary red packets.
  • For Maybank Credit or Charge Card users, the minimum spend is reduced to RM200.
Prosperity Lion Tea Set
  • Receive a complimentary Prosperity Lion Tea Set with a minimum spend of RM3,500 in a single receipt at any specialty store.
  • Limited to the first 1,500 redemptions.
Prosperity Lion Chopstick Set
