Shopping Benefits

Non-Shopping Benefits

Sunway Pals members enjoy cashless payments via Sunway Pay, ticketless parking with Smart Parking, and exclusive hotel and theme park discounts.

Tier Validity

Sunway Pals membership is free for life, with no expiration date. However, accumulated points expire 24 months from the transaction date.

Points Earning Structure

Category	Details
In-store purchases & online purchases	Sunway Pals members earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at participating merchants. To accumulate points, members must present their Sunway Super App or membership card during in-store purchases. For online transactions, points can be earned when shopping through the Sunway Super App with partnered merchants. Points cannot be claimed for previous purchases or backdated receipts.
Purchasing Properties	Members who purchase properties from Sunway may be eligible for extra points or rebates. For instance, members can receive up to a 3% rebate on their next Sunway Property purchase.

Points Redemption Options

Category	Details
Cash Rebates	Points can be exchanged for instant cash rebates at numerous participating merchants within Sunway Malls and other Sunway establishments. This allows members to offset their purchase amounts directly at the point of sale.
E-Deals and E-Vouchers	Members have access to exclusive e-deals and e-vouchers offering significant discounts, such as 50% off, "Buy 1 Free 1" promotions, and other marked-down deals. These offers are regularly updated and can be claimed through the app.
Special Promotions	Sunway Pals collaborates with specific merchants to provide time-limited offers. A past promotion allowed members to redeem a single junior scoop of ice cream for just 500 Sunway Points or RM5 using Sunway Pay, compared to the normal price of RM9.50.

Genaral Member	All new members start at the Classic tier upon joining.
Platinum Member	Accumulate 5,000 Sunway Points within a stipulated period. Subscribe for RM15.90 (normal price: RM30). Redeem 1,490 Sunway Points (normal price: RM30).

Points Validity

Sunway Pals points remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Any unredeemed points will automatically expire after this two-year period. Members can track their points balance and expiry dates through the Sunway Super App or the official Sunway Pals website to ensure they utilize their rewards before expiration.
